Question no start please help

Ok ill go over everything so far. NEW FUEL PUMP AND FILTER,NEW BATTERY,NEW DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR, NEW WIRES, NEW SPEED AND REFERENCE SENSOR, NEW TIMING BELT AND BALANCE BELT. coil checks out good getting power to both primarys, cleaned engine ground in back, checked reference sensor spacing all good, getting a tach bounce, changed out DME relay. I am getting fuel at rail and checked the main ignition wire and plug wires with tester and getting spark. I put a spark plug on the end of the main ignition wire and grounded it but did not get a spark jump. Maybe I did not see the spark. how thick or bold is the spark when it jumps, should you definately see it. I am about ready to give up already please help thank you

Bad solder on main capacitor inside ECU. Search for DIY repair or send to Specialized ECU Repair, Replacement, & Testing - Restore or Exchange your Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for test.
