SUCCESS: Made it home safely, car ran like a champ. 1,200 miles!! Now it's tucked safe and sound in its new shop/home. I'll update pictures soon.

Glad you made it home! My guess is that you bought yourself at least a decent, if not better, car since it made that journey. Now that she's at her new home, you can closely inspect, repair, clean, etc. every inch of her (at your own speed).
