As the power to the coil comes directly from the ingnition switch an alarm could be the problem if there is no battery voltage to wire connector #15 of the coil. Schematic states this is a black wire.

With the key on you should have battery voltage to the coil and the injectors. Since the power to the injectors comes from the DME relay then the DME brain will have power too.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

First got to your profile and put the year and model of your car in the signiture area. Keeps our answers on track.

Power at terminal #15 on the coil is from the ignition switch. There may be power to the other wire terminal as this goes to the DME brain.

I have no idea what you mean by "secondary #1 and #4".

You have to have battery voltage at one of the two terminals at one of the injectors or the first set of contacts in the DME relay is not closing.

Usually just replacing the DME relay will take car of most related problems.
