Wiper motor help needed, wipers not parking.

The wipers on my 1987 924S stoped parking properly. How do I adjust the mechanism so that the wipers park in the proper place? They currently park at about three quarters of the way from full "up". The motor was replaced about a year ago according to the maintenance records I have, and even when I got the car the wipers would only park in intermittant (which they have now stopped doing too.

Is it even possible to adjust this, or is it a precursor to a full failure of the wiper motor? Aaron

Same thing happened to my 81 924 na. Remove the switch and clean the ground. I had to replace the switch though.

They redesigned them with the 85.5 I am not sure where yours is. If I remove my streeing wheel mine a contact at the bottom.

If the intermittent and park don't work you need the intermittent wiper relay. Note that this part is superceeded to a 993 part number and you have to cut one of the terminals off to make it fit the socket.
