How do I remove aftermarket Steering Hub?

Hello Good People,
How do I remove this aftermarket Steering Hub?
I need to get the hub off so I can remove the dashboard.

From the look of your installation, it appears you have to unbolt it using sockets from inside the back of the instrument panel. It should then slide off the collar you see in the middle of the hub. A picture of the inside of the panel facing aft towards the steering wheel would help.

Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Thanks for the reply.
I took an image from behind and I see no what that could be.
Here's another front view.

Thanks!

Looks to me that a good yank will pull it off.

I took the steering wheel off and the above image is exactly what I see so it aint just gonna pull off.
There was no large bolt on the center threads.
