Trying to keep my 944 roadworthy

I had a clicking coming from the transmission. Pulled the trans; found I had a cracked Flexplate and two different size axles. I am in search of a Flexplate #944.421.121.00. The axle I need is approx 22" long. Does anyone have these parts? Thank you

Common fix is to replace the troublesome rubber dampener with a regular clutch disc and pressure plate. Do a search.

yes, you remove the auto flex plate (assuming you are referring to the rubber thing) at the engine-end and bolt on a good used manual flywheel, clutch disc and pressure plate. no other clutch parts or pilot bearing required, all these parts serve to do is provide a solid connection between the crankshaft and the driveshaft. and yes the automatic uses different-length axles.
