944 turbo LSD transaxle for sale

I have an LSD transaxle for sale which I just removed. 90k miles but developed a “whine” going over 40 MPH. It shifted like butter, no grinding, never popped out of gear, etc. The fluid was changed regularly but had this noise when I bought it. Sounds EXACTLY like a bad wheel bearing (guess who has new rear wheel bearings now?).

I have video of the noise when I was troubleshooting it last year. I am almost certain it’s the carrier output bearings. That’s where the noise was coming from when I ran it on my lift and it feels like there’s more play than usual when I grab the output flanges.

Does not include oil cooler tube and you’ll need to use your speed sensor and a couple of the inspection plugs.

Located in CT, will update with pics. Asking $1,500.
