1979 928 heater control vacuum line problem

I am in the process of finishing a totally stock silver 1979 928.

Some of the vacuum lines on the back of the manual heater control slipped off when I removed the center console. I tried to re attach via trial and error, but that was impossible.

I need help or a schematic to re-attach the lines. I have attached a diagram of what I am working with. Any help is greatly appreciated!
