My Pristine 1978 928

Here's a shot I took of my '78 928 I took earlier this year. I had originally posted over on the BMW R1100s forum but occassionally venture here. I've never had to do a bit of work to this car. Knock on wood!

I've never had to do any work on my car either. I just hand my credit card to Greg and ...

Nice looking car, I think I have decided I am firmly in the OB looks best camp.

Do tell more though, I've never heard of a 928 before that didn't need some tinkering every so often.

This is a very beautiful car! But if you never "HAD" to do anything to it - does this mean you waited for it to break down, and it just hasn't happened, yet? These cars do need quite a bit of maintenance, including preventive stuff, or deasaster will strike sooner or later...

Where are you taking it for service? Are you familiar with Motorsport in Salt Lake City?

The biggie on those cars is the CIS system...they can't sit for long periods of time with old fuel in the lines.
