Check the basic timing and verify spark at each plug wire. Pull the plugs and check them for color etc. One at a time remove a sparkplug wire and see if it changes how it runs. One at a time remove a injector wire and see if it changes how it runs. Does it always run rough? only when cold? Check the temp sensors.

Vacuum leaks. That's what they found on mine. Took the intake off and found some really bad hoses. Ordering new ones from Germany so I'm a couple of weeks away from having it back on the road.
It kept running lean (and rough). They went through a bunch of possibilities before uncovering the vacuum leaks. They had thought they had found them all. Just my two cents. Michael

I had a bad ignition coil on mine, only 4 cyclinders firing, but smokin hot cats. Ohmmeter showed the coils in spec, but timing light only flashed on half the distributor wires. Somebody told me to swap the coil even though they both measured the same, and no spark moved with the coil so I bought a new one, and BWAAAA.
Two points worth noting, rough doesn't tell us how rough or ROUGH it is, and chances are actually pretty good more than one thing is wrong.
