New owner w/ questions- '78 euro 5 sp & '83 auto,

hi, i've had all of the 944 series cars except turbo S and I wanted to try the 928. Last month I got a good deal on the '78 and same thing this month on the '83.
The '78 drives and shifts nice without any problems after 1, 500 miles except $3 fuel hose near pump. However the horn doesn't work and i don't have owner manual to check relay. I was told i could sway relays with the power windows to check if it is indeed relay. Anyone know which ones. For instance (1st row, 3rd from right). Also are horns in front fender compartment??
The'83 has emergency brake issue. I tightened all the way but it brake doesn't hold. Can i adjust in back of car?? Cable is tight. Hey thanks for reading. Freddie S.

Take a look at some brake parts in the Pelican catalog and take a look at the parts diagram. I ordered a set of manuals on CD from jim morehouse, its hard to do much without them.

It would be really good for you to hook up with some of the other 928 owner local to you, and have somebody go over your car CAREFULLY including some time on a lift with the wheels off and check it out at least for safety.

horn relay is # X (10) top row 5th from left
can be swapped with window relay VI (6) top row 3rd from left
part# should be 928 615 117 00 IIRC
if that doesn't work you may have an issue with the contact ring behind the wheel
