928 Vehicle Number help?

My first posting here (928 side). Saw car in paper, going to look at it this PM.
1980 928. Parts car price so I would just be looking to part it out or flip it to someone else.

Where on the car are the Vehicle serial numbers?

Thanks

The numbers to check are;

VIN
Sticker on drivers door jam in punched dots.
plate half way up drivers side windshield pillar, look from front of glass.
Raise the hood and stamped into top of passenger fender (not always).
1980 is old 10 digit vin, carfax won't do it, but put 7 blank spaces in front and autocheck will.

Motor ID
Stamped into the middle of the top front of block, look straight down just to the right of the left side radiator hose. M28/ xx xxxxx

Transmission ID
Stamped into the bottom between the axles, G28 or A28 /xx bb sssssss, the xx is version/model year, bb is the differential type and may be blank, sssssss is the serial number.

Not a lot of money in parting out an 80, good luck, bid low.
