Anyone know the size and thread pitch...
Anyone know the size and thread pitch for the oil drain plug? Does it equal an AN (army/navy) size? I'm working on moving my drain from the strainer to the pan. I want to change the drain plug to a fitting.

I believe it is around an M20/1.0 thread, though I would have to confirm that with the spare I have in my garage.

There are two different threads...no way it is A/N....it's metric and helicoiled for sure. Best to get a thread gauge, but someone on here should know. I would think M20 or M22
