New Member here... Introducing myself

I have been a member on Rennlist for awhile and really only found out about this site relatively recently. I have owned my 1989 S4 for about 9 months now. I have done the following myself within that period of time:

replaced the timing belt.
replaced water pump.
added PorKen's tensioner.
Charged A/C, replaced dryer and a few A/C seals.
Oil change and filter.
Flushed radiator.
New thermostat.
Changed trans fluid and filter.
New fuel pumps and filter.
New ignition switch.
New plugs, wires, dist caps and rotor buttons.
New brake pads all around.
New Hall sensor ( That was fun )
Released thrust bearing pressure.
Added new wheels and tires.
Added X-pipe with all new exhaust.

So I've learned a lot in a few months thanks to nice people helping me out with advice....not sure I could of done all this without the internet.

Slate Metallic with Cashmere interior. Auto. Draped leather seats. What a great car. I look forward to learning even more from this site. A few pics for your viewing pleasure.

Dean

Welcome, nice looking car. Cashmere is about my favorite interior color, and it seems in very nice shape.

GREETINGS AND WELCOME....Beautiful car, I am jealous as mine has been in pieces for 2+ years with mods and now getting a repaint...hope to be back on the road by spring.

You will find a BETTER crew of people here. Some taking refuge rennlist and the obnoxios ego's that carry on there. Some of us like myself look at both boards and interact when we can and stay out of the B/S.
