Making a pit stop
I'm typing (if one can call it that since its miserably slow) on my wife's portable in Pittsburgh this week, all responses will be limited.
![]() Haven't seen a 928 here yet, but I am going to be looking. |

Sure, you could be back here in the 95 degree Santa Ana winds and ash and smoke. Wait, that's still probably better than Pittsburgh.

All of our P cars are hibernating this time of year. , You probably wont see much other than a couple of cayennes, and a few beater 944's running around this time of year.

Less than 5 minutes in PIT and I was a believer in parking the nice car for the duration. We aren't even keeping the rental car during the week days we are in downtown.
Big change of pace walking around in the snow, but thats a vacation, something different. Down side to no car is that I can't really see hunting junkyards for a LSD on the bus. OTOH in good weather I can tell many roads would be awesome in the 928. |

there are tons of sharks in the 'Burgh. Altho, one less now. I really miss the 928 community there. Also, there is a p-car guru and excellent shark mechanic there just south of town - John Raysich, Drive down and say hi to him. He's a great guy, and he knows his stuff.
