I think this is 90 line Glasurit...water base coat. It's base-clear coat finish. He will likely wet sand it to 2000 grit and machine buff after the initial set of the paint.

The car looks great. Is it the same color mix as the last time? It's hard to tell in the pics but it looks close.
If so, it's far from candy apple. It's got alot of orange in it and boatloads of metal flake.
