Well the interior is a little rough from leather baking in the sun but here it is. I'll be needing some help from Paul Champagne and his wife as the money allows.

Does the carpet look as nice in person as it does in picts, looks almost new. I guess water is the enemy of carpet, and dry the enemy of leather.

Yea the carpet is pretty nice in person. Even in the front footwells. Cant say so for the Lloyds matts though they are shot, maybe original. But they protected the carpets nicely. Worst part of the carpets is the padding on the underside, it seems a little dried out.

I'm going to try some neatsfoot oil on the leather and see what happens.

Yeah, those are the OEM Mats. I got a set of Brown ones that seem to have came out better than the brown interior carpet I once had. The drivers mat cleaned up nicely, but haven't had a chance to clean the rest. Pic is when I just pulled them out of my car.

I do a good clean with suitable soap and cotton towels followed by rubbing in some good moisturizer. Let it sit overnight and then wipe it down. It may take a few applications. Be patient. Have you put her up to clean and inspect underneath? How is the engine and the mechanicals? PM?

I've been doing the cleaning and putting her back together. I think a few applications of Soffener should do the trick in most areas. Seats, steering wheel, and dash could be redone though, or at least covered for now.

It is up on jacks. All tires are rotted. It trys to run but no fuel pressure to the rail. Fuel pump is shot, PO replaced with generic pump which is barely working. It sat for 2-3 years, all gummed up I,m sure. I drained old gas and replaced filter. Now I need a pump and some fuel lines. Oh and tires. Hope to be on the road next week

A good place to get that pump is at Autohauz in Arizona. the prices were unbeatable anywhere else. I also has dry rotted tires which I ended buying good used ones off eBay. the seller was local to me so I saved on shipping fees.

Those Phone Dial wheels were my stock ones that were friggin fugly. There was stock paint and someones spray can job on there. I had them bead blasted and Powder coated for $55 per rim. I didn't want to go after market rims, plus I have always loved the Phone Dials since I was a teenager and first saw a 928.

The DOT Code begins with the letters "DOT" followed by a plant code (two numbers or letters) that identifies where it was manufactured. The last four numbers represent the week and year the tire was built. A three-digit code was used for tires manufactured before the year 2000. For example, 178 means it was manufactured in the 17th week of 8th year of the decade. In this case it means 1988. For tires manufactured in the 1990s, the same code holds true, but there is a little triangle (Δ) after the DOT code. Thus, a tire manufactured in the 17th week of 1998 would have the code 178Δ. After 2000, the code was switched to a 4-digit code. Same rules apply, so for example, 3003 means the tire was manufactured in the 30th week of 2003.

Besides the fuel pump I need the line that goes to the filter. Mine is missing due to the universal type pump that was installed. How does it attatch to the pump? The pump looks like it comes with the check valve. The PET shows a banjo bolt. Also shows a cap which seems more correct but no PN. Can I use either or both. Any ideas? Anyone know the size for the cap? I am trying to figure out what parts to order. 928 356 063 10 is the fuel line, just need to know what I need to attatch it to the pump.

I would shoot Tom at 928 Intl an email. He can point you and supply all the missing stuff, I would go all used if you can. Then get the pump/filter new.
