fuse panel pic here need confirmation on wire

fuse panel lettered ones on bottom a b c d D white box the blk/wht and red/blk in first and second row left side came out would any one have pic of there 82 panel to know or could look and make sure these 2 wires are in place correctly or a link of this diagram --- specialists show fuse and relay but doesnt go through the bottom of fuse panel


edited this cause 2 of 3 problems solved but cant reupload the panel again.


and thank you dean fuller post on blower 17 fuse identical prob and fixed some time ago but it has popped again and your further diagnosis i will 25amp fuse , good relay there dirty connections, controller box itself and blower motor --- and the J wiring receiver i did not check first time and will now as something is still happening with power going to it

we need the year and model of your car auto or stick.
1 = the push button for the intensive washer system, read the owners manual to find out more.
From the picture it looks like the guts have fallen out
2 = need to know the year , might be an amplifier lead. really need more info on year though.

3 = need to know the year of the car to read the correct wire info. With these connectors if they are not slid on in a sidways fashion then the pins sticking out of the CE panel can get pushed behind the connectors in then the connectors will slide out of the plastic connector holders, the wire that did fall out has probably had this happen so you need to rebend the little tab on the back of the terminal so it will catch when you reinstall it into the housing
$ I would suggest that you get a WSM as it has wire diagrams in it
