Kinesis 3 Piece Racing Wheels
I bought these with the intention of using them on my car, but decided to go another route at the last minute.
List price for these wheel are almost $1200.00 EACH!!!! They have just been professionally reconditioned using all high performance stainless hardware, and the centers were just re anodized, and the lips re polished. They look as new. I am letting the entire set go for $2100 including a brand new set of Falken high performance ZR Rated tires! The rears are 17x10 and the fronts are 17x8.5 Rear tires are 275/40ZR17 fronts are 245/45ZR17 Rear wheel weighs 19.2 lbs Front wheel weighs 18.2 lbs They are so light it's ridiculous! The tires alone cost over 600 bucks mounted and balanced. All four center caps are included. The red car is not mine, just a pic with the same brand wheels. You would have to be NUTS not to buy this set...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

FYI, the wheels in the 928 pictured (my 85 Euro) are 19 x 9.5 Front and 19 x11 rears... with 265/30-19 front tires and 315/25-19 rear tires.

That red car is one I've had saved in my pictures for a while. I love how it looks.
You can get 17 inch tires super cheap these days, I've seen full sets go for 400 bucks. |

Stan,
In the old days before the buy-out you could call Kinesis with the serial number and get the offsets. Not sure the new company has those records, but worth a try. We probably sold more Kinesis wheels for 928s over the 10 years we sold them than anyone, but I don't recall ever selling an 8.5, so I can't say for sure what the offsets should be. The 9" fronts were usually 64-67mm and 8" fronts were typically 60mm so I would guess the 8.5" front is somewhere in between that (or should be). The 10" rear for a 928 was usually made as a 52mm offset. Hope that helps. ![]()
