bolt queston

What size is the bolt at the front of engine that holds the pulleys on?
I've gone trough all my sockets and they're all to small.

Also, remove your Fan for more clearance. Also make sure you have an extension for that socket as you'll bend the crap out of your pulley if it doesn't clear. Ask me how I know?

At least 180ft lbs of torque on that bolt. You will need something to lock the flywheel (they make a tool but i used a friend with a big flatblade) and probably a long pipe that fits over your rachet.

Use an impact wrench if you have one.

thanks guys. I've also ran into another snag. The head for 5-8 clyinder bank is stuck on. I've removed all the hardware, and doubled checked everything. But it won't budge. Any ideas?
