9284 Twin Turbo Conversion Videos

For those who are interested I have uploaded some videos of the 928S4 twin turbo conversion process. If you want to know what is involved or have specific questions, these videos will be a good place to start. At this point there are 5 videos with many more to come.

Very cool John. I'm still watching #2. I'll report back once I watch them all.

BTW, I can't read your charts even in HQ full screen mode.

Not sure on that feedback John. So long as you can get to youtube you should be fine.

421...Charts were mainly for me as this was on the fly in the middle of working on the car. I expect we will have at least another 10-15 videos before it is all said and done.

My main goal is to be able to have people be able to go and watch the entire process, start to finish. I can hardly wait to saw open the front bumper cover

Not easily to 600 rwhp... but it should be able get there with two GT3071R-20 90 trim .86 A/R turbos and rpm-specific boost profile. I say "not easily" because everything has to be matched perfectly to the rest of the system to get there with the stock engine's compression ratio of 9.4:1 and pump gas.

I still amazed in the workmanship of those exhaust manifolds. So little room, so much power!

Herr Kuhn I've said it before- your work is second to none. One of these days when I can afford your work I'll have you turbocharge my 928!

I'll need to buy a tire store; right now, I barely get 5,000 miles out of a set of Falken RT-615's with my lightly-modified S2~

N!
