i would recommend the standard injectors, but if you are looking for alternatives, i remember hearing something about the injectors from Mercedes are interchangeable, but i would wait for a more definite answer from someone else

Those MB injectors work nicely, I 've used them and the car had a crisp, clean throttle with no downsides. Don't worry about the length difference.
A well tuned CIS is a treat to drive!

Russ can also give you working advice on these MB Injectors as he runs them on his Euro too.

The thing is, you will be need to replace all 8 if your gonna go with the MB ones. At least that is what I would do. I also had a single bad injector and just replaced that one (stock injector) since I didn't have the funds to replace all of them at one time.

I believe I paid around $35 for the single injector.

Part # 0437502012 Bosch

Also, keep in mind, you will probably strip the piece (Retaining Ring?) that holds that injector to the Spider Pipe. You will also need the seal for it.

Mercedes Benz CIS injectors p/n 0437502047.

they are brass, and are about 1 inch shorter. supposed to be a better injector than 928 OEM unit.

do not advise replacing just one. CIS injectors can be sonically cleaned, but not rebuilt. if you just replace one, you'll have one cylinder making good power and the rest will be piss poor.....no balance at all.

cost of cleaning is around $15 to $25 each, but you can get the MB units new from ******** Arizona for $21.48 each.

At those costs, you're wasting time and money cleaning----just replace with new.

cheers--
