SoCal 928 sells or loses house this weekend

Found this on the Los Angeles CL, no connection to me. From what I can tell the seller is a long time PCA guy, so maybe the car is very nice. I emailed asking a few questions, and got back the reply that the car has to sell this weekend or he loses his house. I'm inclined to think nothing can really be done, what an 86 928 AT sells for in today's market (his asking price is $9k) isn't going to take care of many mortgage payments, but posting it seemed like a good idea.

He said he won't have internet access, and I don't feel comfortable posting his contact info, but PM me (not email) and I will send it to you.

I just talked to the seller on the phone, and he asked me to post his full contact info (below) since he does need to sell it this weekend, and doesn't have internet access.

He told me his best offer so far is $7500, I don't know how firm that might be, but when I suggested he jump on that offer, he told me the car is a concourse winner so perhaps its worth more?

I agree with you Mike. He should snatch the $7500! I don't see the Concourse about it since he hasn't posted any pics and his ad says "need driverrs seat back reupholstered." Losing a House over a Weekend just doesn't happen. Ask me how I know, almost happened to me. That whole process takes many many months and lately over a year. I am in no way trying to take away from his sale, but just trying to keep it real.

In this Economy and 928 Market, he needs to jump on that Best Offer.
