SoCal the 2 928 in Simi Valley seem about ripe

The guy who has been trying to sell the two non running older 928 up in the valley seems like he is ready to get rid of them. CL ad is now asking $150, but wants them picked up today (Monday). Has been asking $200 to $300, and $600 on the more complete of the wrecks.

Tearing apart a 928 is fun, and these are guilt free wrecks with zero future.

OTOH nothing of any serious value in the older ones non running, but a fair amount of stuff worth taking off. Even the ratted out seats would be nice to pull all the motors and wiring etc.

Nothing I can do, next couple days I want to pick up the parts car I already bought.

Must be the season, here is the 84 Euro S I just picked up here in SD. Verified head part numbers, etc, etc.
Now have 4 months to get ready to ship to my daughter for her 25th ( birthday that is!). Will be getting TB & WP, all fuel and vacuum lines, etc, etc, interior work, repaint, so i'll be busy :-)

Just need to haul it home and get working on it!

I've got a Euro S short block sitting in my garage waiting for a token payment over the cost of aluminum.

Nice find Neil, mind listing the vin I like to keep track of as many of them as I can. Depending on mileage I would pull the heads and freshen the top end, valve guides and new head gaskets.

Maybe I will do a picture of me sitting on a throne of Euro S heads and holding cams in both hands?
