Twists on my 87

Since most Porsches are limited to rims and tires Ive often battled the will or wont it work dilemma's.
These fit fine 18x10,18x8 twists, 65mm rear, 52 front. I remember a post that said 18's were not safe? Its just a weekend driver and occasional highway trip....any concerns that I should be aware of? Thanks

I have the same set up on my 85' S. She also has S4 calipers, and cross drilled rotors. so it's safe to say they'll be fine.

I run the same set, painted black, on my 79 OB. No issues, good ride, good handling, no rub, stable high speed runs, etc...

Thanks...
AND I agree, got mine the same way, quick decision, figure could sell them if they did not work, always good market for twists...

BUT, they worked great, and I love um. Really update the 928 nicely.

Thx Leo, I am a big fan of the black accents as well, especially on the red. Yeah, body work and paint is just top notch, pics do NOTHING, trust me.

Work in progress. Weather has not been on my side, so have alot of goodies just need a few good days to get working. I have my Pop-In-Laws shop to work out of , just need to have some decent weather/time to get it out there and do my thang...

Still looking for nice Cashmere S4 fronts though. (hint hint)

I have always liked the twists, whether silver, black or chrome. I had them on my '82, and they were on my '91 S-4 when I purchased it

Haha...
I think your S4 looks damn blessed just the way it sits, would keep the silver OEM for sure. Looks excellent on the dark blue.

OR, if anything, since I am keen on the darker wheels, do the matte/flat black finish, the twists look great done as so and would match the OEM S4 rear spoiler, etc. Sure that would look awesome on that blue.
