Carl your '82 has cast iron manifolds that don't flow as well as the '86.5 does- they're sheet metal and better overall. Anyone with a cast iron manifold would make more power with the later manifolds. OKL foreign told me they are cutting off the third nub on the S4 manifolds too.... to make them work. I did not know that was possible but interesting nonetheless. Enjoy your day off....
