Buying a 928 has done wonders for my drinking problem.

I think I just didn't have anything cool to do, so I was just drinking beer all the time and feeling like crap.

Now I work on my 928, or research it online, or order parts off eBay, or look at pictures of it, .......

And being drunk all the time is no fun anymore. I sit there and think about what I could be accomplishing on the 928 instead of drinking beer and looking off into space.

I went the other way, I started drinking after I bought a 928 he he...... I get what your saying though, it gives me something to do as well. Now I stare off into space and wonder where I'll get the dough to fix this thing.

It's cheap as long as it sits garage. I guess I'll have to dry out if I ever get the audacity to try and drive it, I do love it so.

So far, the most expensive item for my 928 is the fuel.

well I had an awesome 3 weeks last fall from when i took delivery till when the snow came down.
A month before it got warm I decided i should fix the oil leak and check things out.
(it was suppose to have been checked out)
needless to say the more i looked at my new old car the more i realized i knew nothing about it and the more i saw on the forums the more i had to dig. just caught the bearings in time, it leaks like a harley and a few small items need to be repaired.
It was an awesome 26C in oil town AB Canada today and it sucks to have it apart, waiting for parts.
