4 ways and turn indicator question

I finally got my car running good, thanks to everyone that helped me, I had a right front turn signal out and replaced it, ever since I replaced it with a new one and now none of them are flashing, even when I turn on the four ways I get nothing, I have the turn signal indicator that lights up on the dash and stays lit, I checked with my test light and none of the fuses will light up with test light. when I turn my four ways or turn signal on does it go to the relay first and then to the fuses or the other way around. I tried putting the old bulb back in and there is still nothing. Any ideas??

Replace the fuse and double check you put in the right bulb.

I just replaced all of my fuses in the whole car about a month ago, I left my four ways on by mistake and about 20 minutes later I looked out the window and they were flashing, I left them on and changed the bulb to the new one and it is still working. I am thinking it might be a stuck relay.

Sounds a lot like a bad wire that is broken. After it heats up for a while it expands and starts to make contact with the other broken portion. Look for a thread on all the grounding points and take your time to clean them all really good.
