First thing is to check the lines that open the vents and such. They may have a leak or may have come off the fittings

Yup, Wallys website is a huge help. Are you sure you didn't bump an old vacuum line and cause a leak? If it worked before you did the Heater Valve, then I bet this is what happened.

Buy about 20 feet of 3mm vacuum line and start replacing that old stuff under the hood. I bought the Silicone stuff as it also comes in different colors. I put Blue stuff in the Euro, but stayed Black in the "S."

Like I said, seems like you broke a vac line somewhere. Try and put some vacuum (with a vacuum tester) to your new heater valve. You should get no more heat in the vents.

Yup, went through all mine and it ended up being in the Soleniod area under the Center Console. I ended up just blocking all vacuum lines at engine side firewall till I get motivation to tear into that area.

Make sure you run a vacuum line (all time) so you wont get any hot air inside the car.
