Non-Stock Rims? Input?
 

What do you guys think of these? From a Porsche Cayenne 17x7.5 53 Offset

Will they work? I do know we are stock 65 in offset.

I wouldn't just because that's what we actually have on our Cayenne. I think they would look really funny personally.

As long as they are under 8.5 wide the 53 will work body, fender wise, I dont know if it will clear the brakes or if there will be centercap issues.
What's the width of the 18 @57 8.5 your good. 9 you may hit your front fender. Stock ride height may still work bit will be close to creaping out of the body work and again brakes or centercap may be an issue

The 8 @ 57 will work. Sometimes the grease cap doesn't allow the center cap to to push on with certain wheels . I'd test fit front before throwing on a set of tires.. it will insure brake clearance too'

Highly doubt the brake fitment will be an issue. All the Cayenne's have the big six-piston calipers.

They would probably look ok but all stock Cayenne wheels are HEAVY. Ride and handling on a 928 would suffer...

Just saw a few pics of someone OB 928 running the Cayenne 18's with a 57 Offset and they looked real good. Although heavier since it's really built for an Off Roader SUV, but I think they may be a great alternative. For some reason, I am seeing a lot of Cayenne Wheels in the Ads.

I suspect your correct. but I could only speak for sure about the offsett

Leo...check out stock Panamera wheels. They are probably still a bit heavy but the front and rear offsets are good.

Heck, I gotta buy the $100K Car to get the Rims from a Panamera. Lot's of Cayenne choices though.

Nice find Glen. $600 for a set of 18's with a great offset for the 928. Have me thinking now.

I do really like those too....

I did too, but when I called the seller a couple hours later, they sold it. Snooze I lose. You wouldn't believe how much they were selling a set of 4 for. I was an absolute steal and should have jumped on it. Anyways, they are nice lookers but very heavy, so I don't feel "too" bad for missing out.

Non- stick rim ? -- i can link you to the technical data sheet, how to properly care for your non-stick and/or purchase of a must extended warranty. Input? --no offset spacer required bolt on ready. Thats choice!! no brake dust cleaning.

Would this be too large in the rear?


Front: 8JX18, offset: 50. Tire size: 225/40ZR18.

Rear: 11JX18, offset: 45. Tire size: 295/30ZR 18.

It is (according to the link) possible to fit an 18x11, but I think your offset may be an issue. I can tell you my 18x10 (65) are really close on the backside on my 928. I do not have any spacers in the rear. I might have to add a 1" spacer to bring my rims away from the suspension. That should "center" the wheel and max out my fender clearance at the front of the rim. I believe I read somewhere that 928's came stock with spacers in the rear? If so, mine are missing. Bob
