Shark-like looking Maserati

Maserati GranCabrio

Quote:
There definitely is something sharklike about Maserati's newest grand touring convertible, the GranCabrio. And that's fine with us. From its wide, gaping grille, smooth flanks and gently flared fenders to gill-like "portholes" behind the front wheels, this Italian marvel oozes pure class and elegance. It evens looks marvelous with its canvas top in place — a feat in itself. A true 4-seater, the GranCabrio is powered by a 4.7-liter 433-horsepower V8 and has both active roll bars and a reinforced windshield frame.

You do realize the bottom one is an Aston, right?

I think the GranCabrio is gorgeous, absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately (or thankfully) the 928 is probably the closest I'll ever get to own one of those.

The beauty of the GranCabrio makes me wonder why Porsche never made a four seater 928 convertible..

Owning a 928 is risky business - but sometimes you just gotta say "what the fudge".

IMHO and No disrespect intended (my wide is from MI) but you have been in Michigan to long...the Trident within the eliptical'ish grill (mouth like) is very water orientated...Shark'ish in a way.

I do like the two door Maserati GT (the GranCabrio is the convertible version) even the classic Ghibli and Khamsin are unique...but I'm a Shark guy through and through!

I LOVE the Maser GT and GC! I did the World Class Driving event in my area a couple of years ago and drove SLR McLaren, Lambo SuperLeggera, Ferrari 430 Scud, Audi R8 and the Maser and of all those cars if I could only have ONE car it would have been the Maser! Actually not even if I could only have one of THOSE 5 cars, but if I could only own ONE SINGLE car, it would be the two door Maser! LOVE the look, love the functionality, love the ergonomics! Great car! Not sure about reliability or durability, but man they have everything else going for them!

Maybe the Mazer copied the LH. Anyway rather than a Shark it is more like a Gold fish or large mouth bass front look!
