Repaints

I am running a special on repainting Porsche 928s .. As you know I have done Shawns car , Tedwards car and Tampa 928s two cars all from reenlist .. I would disassemble the car and sand the car down primer the car if need be ,, I would sand the chips out of the hood , front fenders, Front bumper and where need be . Paint the car with base coat/ Clear coat, Paint all the trim trim black and sand and buff the car and reassemble the car.
With the cost being 3600.00 dollars for doing. I usual charge 8000.00 to do a 928 .

But that does not get you new rubbers on the window or new rubbers on the doors , or new bedding . Ill post pic as well in the next day or two.

From personal experience $3600 is a awesome price. If that includes cost of paint and materials...even better. That is a TON of work.

That does include cost of paint and materials. I work for Finishmaster so that is why i can do this for this amount of money. I get my stuff at cost...

Ed's is the Black one, Shawn's is the gold one , Mine is the red one and There is a red stang too that I did ..
Mine i put water base on it... Shawn's and ed,s has Spies Hecker on them as well as others I have done . To many to list

I can attest to the quality of Marks paint work. He did my car recently and it gets stares and gawkers everywhere I go. I'll post a few pics in a little while. I have to unload them from the camera.

wow thats a good price mark, i do the same work and the cost of materials can be 2500 alone on a full paint job, the only thing i do different is srtip the entire car down down to aluminum and steel and start at the bottom, also i dont leave anything on the shell, or the doors, all parts are removed, whellhouses are also painted and car is painted in the air, but the cost usually runs about 15k before seals, the car is painted disassembled and then assembled, i also use spies HS products,, keep up the good work, these 928s really arent worth spending what i charge, they simply dont have the resale value. its funny i pick up
928'S anywhere from 5-7k and the registry always goes into the computer and makes me pay sales tax on 12-15k for mid 80'S cars, they clean up on these cars, i thinks its Edmunds classic car values they use, its unfair at 6.25% as it is and then they double the value to make things worse,these cars are not very smart investments but we are addicted

Yes I did that on my car striped it all the way down and started over.. What clear are you using? I used to live in Amherst NH and I used to hang out in Hudson / Nashua / ect ect ect

Can I get you to come to Texas?! OMG...that is EXACTLY what EURO85 needs, but getting it to and from you would be way to costly. I think Tony's guy down in Rockport can do it for about the same money and he looks to be REALLY GOOD based on the work being done to Tony's GTS! I sure wish I were closer to you for this deal...I'd send EURO85 to you right now!

I use 8035 HS clear on overalls with 3115 hardener but i have a baking oven, I use 8110 with a faster hardener on collision work because 8035 is just too nice to match commercial paint jobs on factory cars,i wonder what you are using ? florida sun gives clearcoat a beating from what ive seen,but the weather sure is nice, finishmasters is my supplier also,too expensive though
