OB TB tensioner - how do I add oil?

I'm in the process of putting my 79 US back together after doing a refresh of seals, gaskets, etc and am almost ready to put the motor back in but...

I'm trying to reinstall my TB tensioner and have been unable to decipher how/where the oil is supposed to go. I've read all the WSM procedures thoroughly along with supplemental info here and on rennlist and can't seem to find the answer.

Where does it go and how do you recommend I fill it? I've attached a diagram from the WSM as a point of reference. I'm very aware that a Porkensioner upgrade would be best but I've exhausted my budget for the time being...

Your experience is greatly appreciated!

I just did a quick search using "tensioner oil" and got lots of hits. Search is your friend.
