Injector Help
 

iam in the process of changing my injectors and i cant remove the injector from the thingy the injectors screw into. any ideas? i tried PB blaster, clamping and torquing but it didnt work. any ideas? should i just buy new ones? whats the part number?

The Aluminum Collar pushes up towards the Injector Threads. It's the old dried up seal that is holding it down.

wow, haha. thanks! mine are pretty beat up, do you know where i can get some new ones with the seals and everything?

I got mine from 928 Intl (get new), but I am sure Pelican has them too.

do you know what seals i need for the sleeves??

woah! what is PET??? i have the porsche manuals, but not anything like that. where do i get it?

and thanks for the help Dano. are the seals hard to put in the sleeves?

if you use some DOW Corning 111 on the o rings things will go much smoother.
Witch hunter may also have the parts your seeking

Merlin, he is CIS. I doubt Witch Hunter has anything he needs since they don't touch CIS Injectors. I agree with Merlin on the Silicone as I use it most anything rubber. Even dry, they just slip inside the Collar, then you just slip the CIS Injector through that.
