That looks like a vent line but not real sure. Maybe to the Carbon Canister? Anyways, most of your fuel line is hard lines. You can see the short fuel hoses which are connected to those two right angle hard lines at the bottom of your picture. I'm pretty sure those fuel line dimension and type are covered in the Fixes Topic. If it's not, it sure needs to be.

Also, the tank is the Windshield Wiper Fluid, the part that is broken off is the Filler Spout.

NO, part of the air pump system, feeds cold air back to the cat converter.

Sitting at the bottom of the pic is part of the air pump plumbing.
At the top middle is a missing washer fluid reservoir that is missing. Looks like it broke off.

I Agree lol you get second Prize however I came up with the right answer first lol

however i will share my prize with you ha ha .
Most of the Reservoirs I see are missing the Cap > then the washer fluid sloshes out on to the motor and settles on the spark plugs making it look like a water / Anti Freeze leak coming from the motor > However it is just washer fluid.

Dano is right..as you are aluminum..the broken filler top is for windshield washer fluid and the cut off hose if for the carbon canister. I know this cause i removed all that crap! do yourself a favor and remove it too..dead wieght and surley clogged and useless.but connect the hose from the canister to the return line to gas tank or youll be smellin fumes.

I went out and took some pictures of my car (1978) to see where the hoses go. You can see that the broken off piece is the filler cap. You cannot see the hoses because the filler is in the way.

Here is a picture of the hoses (there are three of them) the best I could get with my camera. All three go through the wheel well to where the charcoal canister is located. The hose on the left which is cut in your photo actually goes into the side of the air cleaner (see second picture). The hose on the right side in my car comes out about 8 inches and is not attached to anything. The center hose goes towards the back (I can't see where it goes to) so I expect it goes to the fuel tank.

I don't know if the three hoses are correct on my car, but this info might help you a bit.
