Those numbers sound to me like Cup1 rims. They are the ones I have on my car, and yes, they work without spacers.

The tire sizes are: Fronts: 225/45R17 (alternatively 235/40R17) Rears: 255/40R17 (alternatively 265/35R17).

The right computer is your injection computer.

YMMV however I would not go below 55 front offset. I do not think those wheels would work well on your Porsche 928. Possibly better suited for your 911. In any case, this website has some good information and opinions that may help you make your decision.
