928 specialists online
Hi has anyone dealt with these people before? I put in an order last Friday and then found out I needed another part added. I checked the status Mon. morning and it showed my parts had not shipped. So I called and left a message to call me I deeded to add to the order. No response. I have called numerous times since then and left 2 more messages no response and my original order still has not shipped. Suppose to ship next day. I can get no response from this company my calls go straight to the answering machine which they obviously pay no attention to.

I live on the West Coast so I always buy from Pelican or 928 Intl. I sometimes use Roger as well. I don't believe I have ever ordered from them before but I frequent their website for the Tips and Relay/Fuse Charts. Can you cancel the order?

I don't know if I can cancel or not and actually I really don't want to I just would like to know it they are going to send the parts or what, but I have had absolutely no contact from them phone or e-mail.

I think that is DR, and as I understand it some serious health issues may be going on, but they work hard to get everything needed done, but communications can get weak.

Thanks Dan (didn't I just type that in another post) I was able to order the fuel injection relay from another 928 sight. The two I ordered from 928 specialist's are not critical so there is no great hurry. Hope everything works out ok. for them

They are extremely nice, I really like the people but they are a very small operation. As Danberg said there may be some personal problems going on there. If they have it in stock it comes right out. If not forget about it. They don't seem to have the ability right now to follow through on anything. It's very hard to get parts if they have to order them, but they won't scam you and bill for stuff not send or anything like that. I really hope they get their stuff together.
