Fuel Pressure -
 
Hey Johnny, As you go over your car, the symptoms you are having sound more and more like a fuel problem. It is almost like your fuel rails are initially being pressurized but then the pump is not maintaining a sufficient fuel pressure to keep the engine running. I saw where you replaced the fuel pump and have jumpered the fuel relay - but have you actually checked the rail pressure with a gauge ?

You might put together a couple of brass adapters and a gauge to plug into the end of the passenger side fuel rail. This would at least visually eliminate one potential problem.

Cleaned all the engine grounds today, except for the large one under the passenger side. I'll get to that one when I jack the car up.

I also opened up my AFM and looked inside. The track has some decent grooves and I've noticed the laser marks in the film resistors are very fuzzy. According to the pictures of a healthy AFM, those laser marks should be very defined. You can see what I'm talking about in the following picture:
