Found nice S4 front calipers

Hey Guys, I found a front set of S4 brake calipers for sale at a good price locally.
Are they a big improvement over my stock '83S units? Looks like there may be fitment issue.
They are in nice condition.

On just the right track, longer stretches and sharp turns with heavy heavy braking you might notice a difference, never in street driving. The S brakes are fine.

If you want big brakes, generally step up to huge, F40 sized or Cheyanne.

Ok Mike,

so they will bolt up and yes Pete they look much better i agree.

He wants $225 which i think is very fair. At that price kind of tempting.

Yes and No.

The S4 brakes bolt up in a plane 90 degrees different than the S brakes.

They mount with a set of adapters.

Are the lines the same? The S4 has a banjo type fitting

I used early lines on S4 brakes (front) but shouldn't have.

I don't know caliper stuff worth a hoot, but normally the bigger brakes sell fast unless there is some issue since they fit some 911, the 928, and the 944.
