Nice coincidence. This will be an interesting change.
My commute to work will be fun on 2 wheels or in a 928. 20 miles back roads and 20 freeway. Yeah good deals for some privacy but yet live 40 miles from a major city. Little ranches are keen.  but they are still expensive. This property even has a certified butterfly enclosure. How kid friendly is that? Big time fun. Hope it works out. Its like living at the wild animal park almost.
