no pictures it's a 78 usa last four numbers 1092. maybe by pass relay with a 30a line fuse? looks like no power to headlights, parking lights work.tail lights work, and directionals work. got it torn apart a little, not bad. any body out three have a relay? john

If you are thinking this rescue is going to be inexpensive and its OK to skip the odd $100 factory part, you have picked the wrong car. Through a lot of trial and error as a group we have found dozens of areas where savings are possible, but for the most part there really is no clean long term safe option to factory parts either new or used.

OTOH sometimes people will open up the old relay and clean the contacts etc and get a bit more use out of them.

Cool

You might get lucky and 928 Int'l has one but last couple times I checked they were out. Have to splurge and buy the new one, it's expensive but works as it should. There is no work around as far as I know.
