Help!: Noise from left rear

Hi,folks.

I have a problem my 951.

My 951 has mechanical noise around rear right side.
It sounds like it's coming from around the right rear tire.
fuel pump???

It stands out when it's cold.
so In summer season nothing, it just appears in winter season.

Appears while idling. of course the car is stopping.

Does someone get back to me let me know the causes about this noise.

It sounds like this " kan kan kan kan kan kan kan・・・・・・・・・"

Best

Could you be specific about the outside temp, i.e. below zero? If so you may have ice crystals in the fuel pump that could have that effect on the pump. It might also be freezing in the fuel system causing the pump to cavitate.

Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

in the subject you say the noise is coming from the left rear, but in the description you say it's coming from around the right rear tire, which is it: left or right?

-do you hear this noise or does it change when the car is driving faster or slower than 20mph?
-do you hear this noise when the car is stopped and not moving at all?
-if you can hear the noise when stopped, can you get out of the car and locate exactly where the noise is coming from?
-can you post a video showing the area while it's making the noise?

Thanks Mr.nize

It's right side.

I'm sure no it doesn't. It's same sound.

-do you hear this noise when the car is stopped and not moving at all?

Sure. the car is stopping and engine is running.

-if you can hear the noise when stopped, can you get out of the car and locate exactly where the noise is coming from?

I think so. I'll try to hear under the car with lifting the car next holiday.

-can you post a video showing the area while it's making the noise?

sure. I'll try it!

thanks

Can,can? Burlesque dance? LOL! Bro it might be your muffler banging against something, if your stop, not stopping, its a exhaust issue. Fuel pumps make a "wizzzing" sound, so if its parked<correct grammar, and making your can-can noise, then its the exhaust pipe hitting something, due to a vibrating engine, go under the car and grab the cold exhaust pipe, and wiggle it left and right until you here the noise, and correct the issue.
