944 Backup Light Switch Location
All -
I have an automatic transmission, and my backup lights fail to work properly. I have replaced the lights and can only get them to flash occasionally. I am thinking the switch is shot - does anyone know where it is located?? On the shifter, or on the tranny (somewhere)?? Any assistance would be gratly appreciated!! For the manual trans it's located on top of the transaxle (in the middle, kinda); I'm guessing yours might be in a similar location. If you feel around up there, you oughta be able to locate the wires.
