Did only 951S have a 180 mph speedo?
I ran across an ebay ad proclaiming a 1987 951 with 99K miles on it. The speedo registers 180 mph instead of 160 of the normal turbo. The bolts holding the face of the dials in are a little rust as well. Just wondering what your thoughts are on if this instrument cluster was swapped out at some point.

87951 has 180 also.

my 86 had the 160 speeedo, but now it has the 180....

In case you haven't figured it out from the above, all 87+ turbos had the 180MPH speedo....

Here is an example of someone who obviously doesn't know this, and has swapped out the cluster on his '87. I am not saying that he didn't correct his mileage, but this is sure a gaping question when it comes to buying the car.
There's a sucker born every minute on Fleabay.....
