Patrick, I am very close to ordering a set of these. Do you know if the 18x10 rears with 60 ET offset fit on 87+ cars without fender rolling/rubbing? PM me if you don't mind. Duck, the classics look good. I am also considering the CCW C14.

I may as well answer here in case anyone else is interested. They will fit but depending on your ride height and suspension, you may or may not have a little bit of rubbing. Seems like each car can be a little bit different too. I did have my fenders rolled, but it was the fronts that needed it more than the rears. My car is also lower now than it was then but my suspension / spring rates are quite high so I don't get a lot of squat. 630/710 f/r.
I think for the money, you get a lot of wheel with these Enkies. Had them powdercoated too but they look very nice straight out of the box in what they call 'Hyper Silver' from memory. Got mine at Vivid Racing. Good to deal with especially being an O.S. customer.

Looks good! 19's look better than I anticipated.

Here's the wheels I've chosen for my 951/928S-turbo: Sport Edition Cup 4's with 295/30-18 Toyo Road-Race tires & 245/35-18 Bridgestone 050A's. I can now put my $5k Fikse's on my 951S!

Old School differnet Opinion

I get the 17"s and 18"s and appreciate those who update their cars with them....I personally have AMG 18"s on 2009 MB C300 Sport...but that car is a 2009 and has adjustable suspension.

I think our car look better with a period wheel such as the 16" Phone Dial, FUCH or BBS...possibly the 17" CCW Classis Fiske Wheel....Here is my car before I put FUCH'd it last week....I'll post a comparison in a day so.

Also...if you buy new wheels for $1,000 or $1,500....they are instantly with 1/2 of that they day you put them on your car....while a set of period FUCHS or BBS you can buy for the same price and sell them a year or two down the road if needed and you'll get at least your money back.

Just my opinion and why I opted for a set of 16" 951 Fuch Wheels.

There are no "major" competitive brand zr rated tires made in 16's any longer. I don't like running what I feel is a compromised brand on my car: Khumo, Fuzion, ec. You get what you pay for with tires: cheap tire, cheap results.

Pass.

my opinion, for good or bad.

Love the Fuch's on the '86 951's. I've pondered the newer style Fuch's wheels (18"), but nobody answered their phone & the web email link is non-functional.

You're talking about the rims from the Porsche sport classic?

first picture in this thread: that's the car before the paint work, before the mild accident. Car might be back late this week.

They actually look great. ROH started out as an Aussie company. May still be, but I think the wheels are manufactured in the Philippines now. Not sure what effect this might have on quality, but they do look good. I also have always liked 19"s on our cars. They look much more contemporary and modern, plus actually balance the car proportionally better.
