Alignment - Where Do I Start
Did some major maintenance on the front end (ball joints/bushings/etc) due to pan gasket replacement. Went in for alignment. Front went ok. Rear, which is all stock and original, got a couple of out-of-spec- #'s. Question is where do I start with trying to get back in spec. Although out of spec, I don't see any abnormal tire wear. Appreciate the help...

Are those measurements after adjusting? Seems like even with worn components, it should be able to bring it fairly close. Hopefully the shop knows how to align the rear of a 944.
If that is as close as they could afjust it, then I would start replacing bushings and the rear wheel bearings. You may know this but there is a special tool to set the toe on the rear. Where did you get the car aligned? ?

You really need to download the repair manual and study it.
The rear adjustments are done by loosening the bolts on the spring plate and turning the eccentric for camber. The special tool fits into a slot on the spring plate. The best thing to do is set the rear ride height first if it needs it, then the toe and camber. Definitely get that WSM though. I see you bought the car new. Seems you would have gotten a manual by now. Search cannel or cannells, for a free download of the manual and other stuff like parts lists.
