Race car just about ready again

3.2ltr 16v racemotor installed. Just waiting on new billet intake to arrive to the shop. Finally finished. Then finish off the plumbing to the Electric water pump, make another harness for the new upgraded Motec ECU and we're ready for dyno. Finally. My shop is moving premises so there are some delays. Hope to see the dyno in about 1 month. Motor is pretty special. We're running the largest of the Borg Warner efr turbos (9180) twin scroll ext gates. Ideally we would have liked to reposition the turbo and gates but with RHD car (steering shaft) and having to retain stock firewall, it's pretty tight in there. Hopefully the modern twin scroll turbo helps with spool.

Thanks. There are very few motors like this one. Based on precedence this should be good for North of 700bhp. Car weighs 1150kgs wet. Should be quite brisk!

Are you using the stock cam sprocket on the crankshaft? What kind of custom work was required to make up that double cam gear on the head, and get the valve timing correct?

It looks much more robust than the silly chain/tensioner setup in the stock head.

Also, are the wastegates electrically activated?

Most of the front of the motor has been customised. All custom cams and adj wheels. Billet water pump manifold. Billet custom crank hub and dampener. I haven't actually looked to see if it uses the stock cam sprocket but I doubt it. EDIT: Do you mean the sprocket in the centre of the cam? Then definitely no. No chain running in the middle. I think those wastegates actually have a sensor in them so you can run data, but they're not actually electronically activated.
