Removing 964 trailing arms?

I'm refreshing my bushings on the C4 and have been trying to do some research on removing the trailing arm but am coming up blank.
I haven't found much online to make sure I'm not banging my head against the wall.

It seems quite straight forward:
unhook everything attached to trailing arm
remove caliper/rotor
remove axle bolt
remove sharkfin
undo bolt behind sharkfin
undo inner bolt (connected to spring plate)
disconnect shock from trailing arm
remove trailing arm
Where I am running into an issue is removing the bolt behind the shark fin. I'm soaked it in rust remover (I believe they're original bushings on a 30 year old Minnesota car) and hit it with my impact. It isn't thinking about budging.

Am I missing something, or do I just need to use leverage (and maybe heat) to break it loose?

Any tips or tricks for the spring plates, too? They'll be pulled, cleaned up and have monoballs installed.

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks, guys. Got all but the allen bolt out of the spring plate. That's all rusted to hell; going to just weld on a nut and throw the impact/breaker bar on it.
