Immobilize light not turning on

Hi guys,

I have a 95 993 cab, basically I want to program the remote for the keyless entry. But every time when I turn on my ignition, I don’t see the immobilize light turn on then off? So I have trouble programming the remote. I have replace all the lights for the interior light. For sure the alarm system is working, since I have the red light blinking on the driver door when I use the key to lock the car and the alarm will sound if I open from inside. Any idea what else I should check? Thanks
