964 Front Speakers Failure

I have a 1989 C4 and the front speakers are not working. Both tweeter and door speakers left and right are inoperative. The radio is a Blaupunkt Nevada model. The rear speakers are working normally. I don't have a diagram for the system, but I need to know if there is a component between the door crossover networks and the radio that could interrupt signal to the speakers. Possibly under the dash. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bill

Check to see if yours had a factory fit amplifier, perhaps it did and it's popped? Checked your fader settings?

Thanks for the help. There was an amp under the passenger seat, but it wasn't part of the new radio installation. I did get the driver side speakers working. It was a bad crossover network. The crossover network on the passenger side is good, but it's not getting a signal. The wiring goes from under the passenger seat up to under the dash, then over into the door. I will continue troubleshooting tomorrow. Thank again for the response. Also, using the fader function was how I discovered the speaker problem.

I am confused. I know the earlier cars had a crossover in the door pocket just below the door pull although they eliminated that in 1992 and anything newer should have just the wires from the amp to the speakers and a jumper to the tweeter.
